Job Overview: Our client requires a QCA level 4 Manager to join them at an exciting stage of development. A blue chip company that is building the capability to ensure customers have a range of retirement options open to them that will enable them to be well placed following the changes in Pensions from April 2015.
Amongst other areas you will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, and motivation of regulated advice teams.
Own the coaching and supervision of a Telephone Adviser team
Ensure that the highest levels of quality are delivered to customers by advisers
Monitor performance, and develop as appropriate
Deliver in line with agreed Budgets
Operate under strict adherence to FCA rules
Primarily aimed at the existing clients, a large % of whom have no active adviser
It is expected that you will have good technical and market knowledge in relation to Pensions and the effective application of Training and Competency schemes.
Ideally you will have experience of telephony systems and managing in that environment
In addition you will be a skilled presenter and be able to demonstrate a customer focused approach to the way you operate.
