Fantastic opportunity to develop your career with one of the UK’s leading Building Societies in its busy contact centre. As a Mortgage Consultant you will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success and sales performance of the Direct Mortgage Team.
As a dedicated Mortgage Sales Specialist you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive telephone based advice / non advice service for both new and existing customers on a range of lending, household general insurance and pure protection products.
You will be a high performing, results focussed individual who is very effective in using positive and persuasive conversation over the telephone to build relationships with customers and you will demonstrate an enthusiasm and appetite to deliver exemplary sales performance.
You will have a proven sales ability with previous experience of telephone based sales/customer service, preferably as a mortgage advisor. We will provide all the training you need to get you up to speed with our impressive, popular product portfolio.
You will need a positive approach, a professional telephone manner, eagerness to learn and a strong team ethos. An excellent track record in a customer service and sales environment is essential.
You will already hold full CeMAP qualification or be working towards it plus you will need Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent).
